Position Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the local sales team.
  • Provide leadership, manage and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and business plans.
  • Negotiate rates and build relationships with the customer base.
  • Constant business development while achieving monthly and yearly team targets
  • Consistent weekly off-site client appointments.
  • Account maintenance and communication with overseas offices to ensure international and customer requirements are met.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, individual initiative and good communication skills is a must.
  • Assure teams compliance with Falcon Logistics Global given procedures and processes.
