Position Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the local sales team.
- Provide leadership, manage and expand the company’s customer base.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business plans.
- Negotiate rates and build relationships with the customer base.
- Constant business development while achieving monthly and yearly team targets
- Consistent weekly off-site client appointments.
- Account maintenance and communication with overseas offices to ensure international and customer requirements are met.
- Team player with a positive attitude, individual initiative and good communication skills is a must.
- Assure teams compliance with Falcon Logistics Global given procedures and processes.
