- High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- The ability to learn quickly and work efficiently as productivity goals must be met.
- Good organizational skills as this position requires working with multiple departments and following up with clients and other related parties.
- Proficient in CRM is a plus
Position Responsibilities:
- Data Entries for assigned shipments and keep all records on file for freight coordination management and record keeping.
- Act to achieve the specific corporate business plans and objectives under the guidance of Operation Management in the region.
- Implement and manage business operation activities in line with assigned accounts and achieve regional account portfolio expansion goals outlined by Operation Management in the region.
- Contact Clients, Container Freight Stations, Port Terminals, Overseas Agents, and Customs Brokers for freight coordination management.
- Identify his or her own team’s individual expected operation performance, measure, monitor and be accountable to meet the plan.
- Manage, monitor, and take corrective action to meet operational goals with specific territory action plans under the guidance and supervision of Operation Management in the region.
- Perform and report specific regional operation plans under the guidance and supervision of Operation Management in the region.
- Direct and Manage Horizontally Demonstrate effective relationships with other internal colleagues to ensure a collaborative teamwork, perform to attain regional operation plans (ex. Sales, Pricing, Customer Service, Accounting departments)
